Welcome to the asc in St Helens adult social care workforce development website.
The Adult Social Care Training Team offer a comprehensive Training and Qualification Programme for the adult social care workforce of St Helens. This website will provide a central hub of training and development information.
On this page you can search for a training course via the Training Calendar or the Training Programmes a-z tool. Each course will provide an overview of the target group and gives a brief description of the course content. It also highlights the alternative dates for the programme. The Apply for a Course link offers an alternative to telephoning the training section to book a place on a course. You will still receive electronic confirmation once you have been allocated a place. St Helens Council Staff can continue to book places using the corporate training booking system.
Further information that is specific to different groups of staff is offered in the section on the right hand side of the screen and at the top of the site, you will find more details around some specific subjects including Safeguarding Adults, Qualifications and E-Learning.
